Offering my 30 plus years of experience working with humans of all ages, levels of responsibility and interpersonal styles in corporate and not for profit organizations.

BIO

Helen began her career as an early childhood educator, gained a profound understanding of human dynamics working with children and families in residential childcare. As a lifelong learner she transitioned to Human Resources where she spent 16 years in progressively more senior roles at the heart of Canada's largest Port. Helen was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including, labour relations, people strategy, managing complex organizational change, organizational and leadership development, talent management, culture measurement and planning.

In addition to her significant experience managing complex change in a rapidly growing organization, Helen has a degree from SFU, is a UBC Certified Organizational Coach, an Associate Certified Coach with the  International Coaching Federation, a certified Core Strengths facilitator and holds a Prosci Change Management Certification. 

Helen now brings her passion for coaching and developing capacity in others to creating space for conflict resolution,  inspiration, reflection, and pathfinding.
